On Monday March 5 West Devon Borough Council Mayor Cllr Ken Williams and Deputy Mayor Cllr Dennis Bater will visit Post Offices in West Devon.

The Mayor and Deputy Mayor will ride in a 1927 Black Rolls Royce Phantom 1 convertible bedecked with 'Heart of the Community' balloons.
